Warranty:- All new parts installed by us come with a warranty of 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first, subject to approval by our technician.- To request warranty service, please contact us via phone or email. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle to verify eligibility for warranty coverage.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:- Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at any time up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges.- Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame will result in a $25 drive fee charge.
Parts and Labor:- If clients provide their own parts, we do not guarantee the repair results or offer any warranty for the repair.- We take no responsibility for repair results if the client has conducted their own diagnostics prior to seeking our services.
Payment:- Payment is due upon completion of services. All unpaid balances are subject to collection, and additional fees may be charged for each day the payment remains outstanding.
Appointment Booking:- To book an appointment, clients are required to provide their full name, email address, and physical address.- We do not share your personal information with any third parties or other companies.
Diagnostic:- We do not accept self-diagnostic reports or diagnostics conducted by other shops or mobile mechanics. Our technicians will perform their own diagnostic assessment.
